This was a funny one. Was supposed to be taking it easy as had had some training trouble (niggles etc since November – the Round Rotherham was October so surely to blame, I didn’t rest long enough). So I was thinking about a sub-90. Never dreamed I would get within 9 seconds of my pb. Ended up going all-out – total opposite of taking it easy! Oh well, really pleased with the result!
